Terms of service.

Acceptance of the Estimate means that the Client has read and understood the terms and conditions set out below.

1.      Client agrees to ensure that there is adequate access to the Site (e.g., that all vehicles and other obstacles are removed, that gates and passageways are clear of obstruction. We also ask that dog mess be cleared from the Site.

2.      Client understands that if a mulch delivery is expected, driveway access may be compromised. Client agrees to move vehicles to the street by 8am on project start date, should vehicle/driveway access be required while work is being completed.

3.      The Client should inform Happy Garden Place regarding any sprinkler system. Happy Garden Place is not responsible for sprinkler damage resulting from Client’s failure to notify Happy Garden Place of line locations.

4.      Plants and vegetation are warranted for 365 days provided that the Client properly waters and maintains them. Damage caused by weather, neglect, pests or third-party activity is not covered.

5.      Separate watering instructions are sent to Client. It is the responsibility of the Client to carry out this care in accordance with these instructions.

6.      Happy Garden Place will supply all tools, equipment and labor, unless otherwise agreed.

7.      Yard waste will be left at Client’s curbside, unless otherwise agreed upon. A fee will be applied to remove yard waste and other debris from premises.
